    So far I have

    1. Masters and Doctrine in two completely different studies (but use them together)

    2. Invention w a patent I'm working on getting

    3. Kind of a book I wrote. It's a 120pg workbook/guide on how to transition from student into the field of medicine I'm in and everything you need to know that you dont learn in school

I still feel empty, like I havent accomplished anything in life :/

    Possible new goals:

    1. Write a novel
    2. Black belt in karate (reached blue when I was 5th grade but moved states and couldnt find a decent new school)

Anyone got any ideas? Would love to hear something others think would be fulfilling to accmplish

Instead of karate have you thought about taking BJJ? BJJ belts are usually given on the bases of accomplishment and it sounds like that's what you want. If you do want to do karate, be sure to find a good school.

That all being said, training a martial art for the purposes of a belt is never a good idea.

I wanted to continue Karate since I started it as a child and never finished. Not so much for the belt but to master it in and out. I was really into it when I was young, Got very good very quick, I even skipped the green and went straight to blue. I do plan on doing Shaolin Kungfu along side Karate to master the different weapons

  • You remind of this german Literature of goethe. A man called Faust, who is incredible skilled in science, philosphy and medicine but still feels empty inside. He tries to fill his void with more knowledge, but it makes it only worse.

At the end he sells his soul to the devil and smash some 14 years old (hes 40)

Seems cool ngl, but all are goals for a short term.

Maybe you can look something for a long term (not money orientated). Imo its the only way for long term inner peace

    Love/Religion/Philosophy etc

The fact that you have multiple tangible ideas is a good sign though, I'm sure you'll be fine doing any of those.

I have a gf and marriage and kids are in the works over the next couple years, soon as she graduates. Any recommendations on other long term goals I could shoot for?
