Even if it’s “part of the culture”, there’s a difference between a black rapper wearing it and a white rapper wearing it, especially when that white rapper has been accused of what he’s been accused of.

To me it looks worse if a White person does it for obvious reasons, but i dont think anyone, especially not victims of American based imperialism (Black and Native Americans) should be wearing that either, bc of what it represents to our Ancestors
