Eh. I always soak mine in Peroxide. I feel like that's a good way to extend the life of a brush, but I ain't never had one for years.

Hopefully you mean you've had an electric toothbrush for years and you've been replacing the brushes

    oral-b electric toothbrush.
but i'd recommend a regular manual one cause most people i've talked to don't use electrical toothbrushes properly.

tongue scraper too. get one of those. AND PLEASE DON'T KEEP IT FOR SEVERAL YEARS NOBODY IS INTERESTED IN UR LIFE ENOUGH TO PUT THEM IN A MUSEUM

i've heard of people that scrub with them
you can scrub if you got a paddle style electrical toothbrush but those round oral-b ones don't work properly with scrubbing

when you brush with those, you're supposed to keep the brush on each tooth for several seconds and circulate around it i.e. front, back, chewing area

I use a Phillips sonicare Diamoncare tooth brush. I think you should invest in one OP. It's not hygenic to use the same brush for years. You can buy disposable heads for the Phillips or oral b electric brushes.

Yeah you're not supposed to scrub. You're suppose to lightly move the brush across each tooth for a few seconds.

I hear mixed reviews on Oral B and Phillips. Big review sites recommend both but then customers are like preceded with caution.

Brooooo I just got this one. It was expensive but I never had my mouth feel so clean. Like each tooth feel like I just came from the doctors after use. I need to get that airfloss.
