He was probably inspired at the time while working on TLOP as the Turbo Grafx 16 game console meant a lot to him and his childhood. They were sampling old video game sounds during time in addition to him working on the Only One video game dedicated to his mom.

He probably scrapped the entire idea to focus on TLOP then he had the meltdown soon after. After that Wyoming & JIK then eventually redesigned the dedication via DONDA
