Special moment man return of the king. One of those songs where you just need to watch the visuals with it too. Seeing the AI/Deepfakes face changes with the cultural figures was mind blowing when I first saw it. Then the part when he took out the drums and showed Kobe and Nipsey hit the feels especially with the Marvin Gaye sample. Also all of the social media memes and youtube reactions made it even more of a huge moment for me. Always giving the world something it needs to hear. Iconic
Honestly this.
this whole year's been marred by so much sadness and murder and death, that hearing one of the most bloodiest beefs being squashed gives a nigga hope tbh.

its sad that with all thats happened this year you'd rather celebrate someone's downfall than highlight something positive

My real answer is Gunna being freed
Honestly I was disappointed with most mainstream Hip-Hop this year. I almost thought this was going to be a repeat of 2014 but Drake and 21 really delivered something I didn't even know I needed in my life. It was the best rap album by a mile no question. Hands down one of the best albums in both artists discographies
Wow, so many to choose from. I mean, gheez, if I had to pick, I guess I’d say that one time where
So many good moments to me. One of my favorite rap years in a long time. My favorite moment isn’t necessarily about rap, but a rapper. Honestly, Nevermind proved to me that Drake could drop something that was not only a passion project but strayed from the formulaic success he built. The album is divisive but hell what would art be without that right?

It's not rap but that album was my favorite moment in music this year no doubt opinions are divided but a bold move from someone in his position that paid off. Without it we wouldn't have Flights Booked or Liability, so many classic songs
