If you were to be tasked with taking care of CLB's rollout, what would you do? Personally I'd:

• Have billboards weeks prior the album. Something similar to "SOMETIMES YOU, SOMETIMES ME, ALWAYS US.", "I STILL HAVE FEELINGS FOR", "GRABBED THE TOP SPOT LIKE PARDON MY REACH"; "IS IT JUST ME?"

• Have a R&B feature on a song with Snoh, SZA or Kehlani.

• Set up a cryptic website leading to clues regarding info on the album; like features, tracklist, and upcoming tour.

• A dope ass 360 video regarding the theme of the album.

• Drop Fair Trade.

At this point I think I would be way more hyped if he did like a video teaser drop the night prior and drop the album the next day without weeks/months notice. I think with the past announcements / CLB trucks / Nocta billboards, etc.. Restarting the roll-out wouldn’t have the same effect. He’d have to do something way left field to do a month-long rollout, just want the album at this point, stop the teasing already.

If it has to drop this year, I would hope it's a Views type rollout. Drop a grower a few weeks earlier, the single hits it's peak when the album drops and maintains for 6+ weeks.

If it can drop next year, I would prefer a Scorpion type. That has been his best album rollout.

Maybe drop some merch a year in advance, post 600 stories of celebrities wearing it for a month, go radio silent, make a really cool trailer of all his old albums announcing a release month, prob go radio silent again a few more months, then push it back indefinitely. But that’s just me.

I would probably release a great mixtape during the middle of a pandemic and then feed the fans with an insane run of features for like a year, and drop a nike collab line, some subtle instagram posts including an artist of the decade award narrated by Lebron James and a snippet of a song that sounds incredible, and then release a single and two weeks later release the album.
