Sekiro only thing matching
Sekiro was so fun and I had a real journey with that game unlike any other.
Never want to play anything that hard again. Once I got the combat down I killed quite a few bosses with ease but there were a few that pushed me harder than any other game, learning every pattern and how to dodge and block perfectly at the drop of a dime.

Came back to this thread cuz I’m back into Sifu again lol combat too fun.
You never replayed sekiro?? I’ve replayed it a few times and the boss rush is fun af. I think if you replayed it you’d see how much better you’ve gotten and find it less stressful. Except demon of hatred…

Yeah an Arenas mode which is insane, could’ve been a whole game by itself. It’s a s*** ton of unique scenarios and brand new maps that offer super challenging fights.
For example one of the early scenarios is a Matrix type challenge where you’re in a rainy alley and have to fight waves of Agents and you’re trying to complete it as young as you can. Another one is on top of a tower helipad where you need to eliminate 10 marked targets that periodically come under a certain amount of time, with no edges so you can get knocked off easily but can also throw enemies off too. Lots of other challenges with modifiers like no weapons, enemies are invincible until hurt by environment items, etc…
If you feel like you mastered the story mode, the Arena mode is a huge new challenge.

Yo I gotta add to this rn since I'm playing through Arenas. I thought it was 15 different levels each with 5 different scenarios, so a total of 75 scenarios.
I just hit 100 stamps (you can earn up to 3 stamps per scenario depending on your performance), and just unlocked ANOTHER 9 LEVELS WITH 5 SCENARIOS EACH.
So that's a total of 120 scenarios, and it could be that I unlock another set of levels after this I don't even know.
insane amount of content and challenge

My mind was blown when I stumbled on those. Didn’t even know what the mode was and ended up on it out of just flicking through menus
When I stumbled upon arenas styled the matrix, drive, old boy etc I was like
This game hard af. I've just been doing the first level over and over to level up.

Real
I think there is a difficultly level now, but when the game first came out there wasn’t. I had to put it down lmao couldn’t get past the last boss

The unlockable skills help but I just beat it again while only having like 4-5 of them unlocked so you can for sure do it.
Definitely keep doing the first level until you can beat it in your low 20’s! My recommendation is that you should prioritize dodging (L1/Lb + down) over blocking or parrying. In the first level especially it’s rare for any enemies except the boss to throw low attacks at you, and even the boss doesn’t low attack that often.
