    recently picked up archery after dropping it for a while. it’s super addicting but fun my forearm is always so red and swollen lol

    are you using any apps/tools to help with that? anything you've changed?

    Not really just a lot of self-reflection and shadow work. Some recent changes ive made is that I dont spend much time in my bed after I wake up anymore which gives me way more time to be constructive, do fun stuff or even relax in a more thoughtful manner instead of dreading the upcoming work day or whatever else may have been plaguing me

    also stopped wasting hella time on my phone in the bathroom, my daily screen time average went from 10 hours in pandemmy to 6 hours now, a solid chunk of which is music during dance practice or driving and talking to loved ones instead of mindless doom scrolling

    Started acting on thoughts faster which has seriously improved my lifestyle by lowering procrastination and not allowing fearful second guesses to arise

    ngl, your paragraphs resonate with me a ton. trying to procrastinate less and actually use my time wisely, rather than just looking at stuff all day

    Working on my Spanish. Method I’m doing takes hella time tho so really it’s just a consistency thing and not faltering if results are slow

    Reduction of vomit behavior, functional communication through spoken language training, food therapy interventions, obm based management skills, graphing in excel

    Edit this is to be better at my job not for me (besides graphing jfc I hate excel but they wont let me use sheets)
