Not really just a lot of self-reflection and shadow work. Some recent changes ive made is that I dont spend much time in my bed after I wake up anymore which gives me way more time to be constructive, do fun stuff or even relax in a more thoughtful manner instead of dreading the upcoming work day or whatever else may have been plaguing me
also stopped wasting hella time on my phone in the bathroom, my daily screen time average went from 10 hours in pandemmy to 6 hours now, a solid chunk of which is music during dance practice or driving and talking to loved ones instead of mindless doom scrolling
Started acting on thoughts faster which has seriously improved my lifestyle by lowering procrastination and not allowing fearful second guesses to arise
