Most lyrics on Genius are wrong, and so incredibly wrong that you wonder why the transcriber bothered at all when they clearly don't understand hip-hop slang or often even basic English. Go to an album released pre 2016, one Redditors don't know about, and you'll see what I mean. I wish it was freely editable like Wikipedia

Didn't it used to be? Or at least suggestions got responses a lot easier? Idk I probably haven't contributed to Genius since 2015

It's a cool concept that was ruined by some of the worst staff / moderators taking control.

It's still has some use, but you need to be careful with a lot of those annotations.
