me neither. just a really bad period for gaming imo. but i know others that play every night.
the rise of the battle royale killed it for me though. fact that we've been stuck on that as the popular choice of competitive game for the moment stinks really. its been 4-6 years or so and that's all my friends been playing, and multiplayer is in what large part kept me hooked on games.
Pokémon Scarlet & Violet coming November!
You're not supposed to overplay anyway
You don't gotta force it
End of the day it's a hobby
It uses a lot of time and most of the games are the same so I noticed a pattern that made me stop playing other games that didn´t really appealed to me.
but still Ragnarok so soon
AAA devs are either trying to make movies, putting all their focus on graphics, animation and story without putting nearly enough attention into the aspects that actually make a game fun to play.
Or they're putting out another battle pass focused GaaS designed around fomo so the game becomes you trying to fill up meters and collect x number of things so you get a reward you don't actually care about and the moment to moment gameplay becomes an after thought.
Very cool industry!
This will bring back your passion for gaming

RAGNAROK SO SO SOON
This will probably be the only thing that can pull me back in after years tbh
I recommend people to start playing different type of games and instead of the same old mainstream stuff
