Completely agree, I've removed myself from a situation that was weighing me down for over a year now and I've feeling so much better, respecting myself a lot more. Just got reminded of what was happening though and remembered how unfair everything was and got spiteful.

When these feelings do come up though, I want them to at least be productive and contribute to my success
