i want a resturaunt that specializes in eggs

like u can get basic s*** like scrambled eggs with cheese or sunny side up etc

or u can get egg bagel sandwiches, omelettes, egg bowls, maybe some weird s*** like fried chicken and eggs lmao

im thinkin we would focus on scrambled eggs mainly, like eggs with pepperjack some chili paste and idk what else lol, then some cheddar and ham, some olive oil and garlic and onions (idk wtf this is but im trying lol), maybe some sundried tomatoes and franks red hot sauce with cheddar

i feel like this is a good idea it just needs more work
