Its very good but you might have find the right one cause chemistry is important just like any other relationship. It probably matters most here tbh

Dont expect direct answers and explanations to whatever problems you’re having, i noticed a lot of people walk in with this expectation. You gotta be willing to be completely open and honest (with time ofc) and the right one will be there with you to help navigate through it all from a professional but empathetic outside looking in perspective that we can’t reach ourselves.

In my personal experience the short time I spent with mine was very impactful. I walked out with a lightweight and clear feeling almost every time.

Recently returned from holiday and been jet lagged/had major stomach issues nausea etc and been puking.

I’m back at work tomorrow but literally everyone on my team is sick so everyone relying on me. Totally gonna be in the s*** when I come back but who cares
