I honestly just really feel like not going outside it’s been since early august but it’s partially outside expensive , bill stress and thinking what job I’m going to work next . I was doing so much Uber and Lyft but also need new brakes , car payment , gas . Just all lead to a cycle of overthinking even though I have job prospects . I’m hard on myself . So I definitely need to walk outside in coming week , clean.
, do laundry , workout to remind myself it’s okay . Thanks for asking at a certain point I just question if I do enough to the point or parylyzation. Especially when you work a lot but don’t see friends but I need to see humans at all . Hibernation started with upset stomach then just kind of do light errands but can feel overwhelmed.
