Idk how people put their folks in retirement homes. The one I work at is “high class” but is mad janky. I understand there’s a shortage of nurses and whatnot but there’s no excuse for a patient on the rehab floor to be ringing the call button IN PAIN for over an hour with two nurses and at least 4 CNAs on the floor. And when you mention something to the nurses they’re always clueless but then get mad at you for trying to see what they on lol s*** is crazy man. Some people just ain’t cut out to be in the medical field. F*** the money, you playing with people’s lives. That ain’t cool.
