Very odd weather conditions today, take a look at the Southern Atlantic states and compare it to the North East. There's a wild drop off of 9 degrees every ~100 or so miles on the coast line.

Take a look towards the West Coast also. It is oddly cold while the majority of the states around the center of the cold front and surrounding the mid-west and past are frigid.

Scary outcomes for the future, really. How are we going to tackle this if weather patterns keep shifting towards the extremes?
