esp when the situation is something i have more expertise/experience in.

like refusing to listen to me gets me tight in those situations.

Peace comes from paying attention to what you can control. And we can’t control other people and I love inner peace I get in a relationship and all of a sudden I set expectations unconsciously and when they don’t follow through I get annoyed and it brings me down
