Crazy seeing how almost everybody you went to school with let themselves go.
Not having kids or getting married probably kept the weight off for me...along with the diet and workout plan.

I've only read Chesapeake (really dope imo) and I'm half way through Carribean which I started ayear ago but got sidetracked reading a bunch of Philip k d*** books in a row (don't recommend doing this ;it kinda started giving me mild psychosis lol)
Hawaii sounds good though, I'd go with that especially since it's on your list
Your back to back posts had Michener vibes or something lol that why I asked

Appreciate it brother, call me Yung Michener how I love history. I didn’t know he wrote a book about the Chesapeake, I spent some time growing up in that area so I’ll have to check that out as well.

Yung Michener, I rate it
I used to be put off by historical fiction until I read Chesapeake but yeah you should def check that one if you have that connection to the area especially
It was a book he planned to write for like a long time but didn’t start until he had an opportunity to live in a seaside town for 2 years to really collect info and stories
He’s a goat at this history s*** ngl

Yeah I’ve known about Michener for ages but just never got around to actually reading him. This got me motivated
