wanna talk about it fam?

i always get this anxious feeling after getting off work and smoking weed, like I did something wrong at work or something, or generally overthink about things like money/how much I want to start writing again

I probably should quit for a little bit, I prob will cut down after I'm done with this pound (me and moms got two in May and I've been smoking at least 3-5 joints a day, it's some gnarly s*** bro)

but i also don't want to quit either, it's a comfortable feeling and I've been slowly working towards my goals again.

Im turing 30 in a few months which is extremely depressing
I have the worst anxiety and depression and the meds are not doing anything
My gf wants to settle down we have been dating for 5 years but i feel like my life
just feels so messy right now
Theres like 10 other things but it is what it is
Ive just been lost pretty much for the past few years
I dont know, everything just feels so blurry, the vision.. the motivation idk is not there.
Its all just so foggy
And ive tried to get back there to the point where i know what im doing, but ive just been lost
I have been doing my best to be on my best behavior and show up everyday but there has to be more to life than closing my eyes everynight and pretending its all a bad dream

While I wish I could say something magical to make you feel better/optimistic about life as opposed to something very cliche such as "just keep going man", tho what I will say is from what I've heard from those with anxiety about being 30, that's when life really begins and you boss up, and I'm very proud you made it this far regardless.

Give yourself some grace and have faith that good things are coming to you as long as you stay true to yourself to the best of your ability.
