So, so lazy. I'm going to down a few things that I would like to be in 5 years, hopefully that helps me prioritize my goals.

customer complaints seem to consistently receive direct communication w an employee that has some level of authority. (based on my personal work experience)

so y does it seem so difficult for someone presenting a serious inquiry for a job opportunity?
