My therapist had me do this exercise where I imagined different parts of my mind coming into a conference room and we basically had a guided chat with the different aspects of my personality

What was interesting that I basically imagined exactly what Freud said about the consciousness, namely the id, the ego and the super ego. I wasn't rly trying to model that but it's just what ended up happening and it was interesting to sort of realize even the id has a helpful role and it's just about balancing the 3 different parts of the mind
