having a hobby that requires intense focus levels you up. i locked in with max credits one semester all hard classes and i went to my schools bowling alley a lot just to wind down solo and it really helped me i got a 4.0 and became sick at bowling kinda crazy how it works. getting back into martial arts is doing the same thing for me now
