I think one of the greatest lessons/habits I learned/formed during my depression/dark days
Was how to utilize isolation/being alone
Instead of crumbling when I wanted to be alone, or creating self fulfilling doom prophecies
I started to think about life/myself/the way i corresponded with da world and vice versa
Slowly but surely during my healing, I recognized the true value of being isolated or in solitude
A place and time u can actually reflect
Where u can manifest and a***yze
Warm yourself up again, ready for action
Cause its like alot of ppl be asking;
"Ayo don't u feel lonely? Don't h hate being alone?"
No, because it offers me a unique option, to step outside of the "now"
It offers me the time to take on different perspectives
To manifest the future
A final moment to seek closure for the past and let those emotions go
Being in company all the time, u don't get the time to do all this
Before I know it, I'd be on autopilot just doing whatever before I inevitably crash and wonder wtf happened
Solitude/isolation is basically like meditation
U return to basis. U re balance.
U let go, so it can renew
It's usually during these moments, the stream of consciousness starts pushing ideas, concept, fragments, models etc
its all just different perspectives on the same truth
we must be one with god to escape the cycles of suffering
that od drinking s*** isnt it imo
but here i am freaking out on shrooms so who am i to say
when u realize the things dont happen doesnt happen because you actually dont want it to happen

Day 2 of 2025.
I was gonna write yesterday but instead I'm going to keep some kind of diary here and jot my progress down
So here goes
I leave for work in about an hour. I woke up somewhat depressed.
I have been 'depressed' for a while now, the realisation of loneliness is starting to get to me a little. It is never so severe that I would do anything bad, but I have little to no self esteem as it is.
I brush my teeth once a day, I only started washing my face with a cleanser and using spot treatments as of this week.
All this stems from a 2-year relationship with my ex ending back in April last year. Things went downhill from there - I stopped working out, I lost motivation to do a lot of things, and barely looked after myself. I also wasted a lot of money on eating like s***.
I don't know if I'll ever recover, but I've mad some progress since.
For this year, I will wash my face every day. I will drink water. I will brush twice a day. I will do push ups. I will try and make sense of this world and what my purpose in it is - for myself as opposed to anyone else.
I ain't gonna cap I always wonder how ppl be recognizing me
Dude I never even spoke to, he was just a city worker in ma town
Mofo recognized me on da train;
Ayo aren't u the singer?
Am like wtf how do u even recognize me years later
