Threw a bad punch during my training when I was 20 and caught a very minor injury at the wrist but the next day my toxic gf at that time got me so mad that I threw a punch and broke thru the door and caught a 2nd degree sprain that didn't heal properly. So when I play games mainly fps like cs me being a low sens player 1.3 sens 400 dpi my wrist gets f***ed and the pain doesn't go aways for weeks.
