If u got the bread go for it. But drum machines tend to be easier for chopping samples. What u rly should look into is what devices integrate best with fl studio. From my experience its tricky setting up maschines, id go for something else maybe a launchpad

Edit: sorry launchpads are not it, a akai would be best, u want the knobs and the drum pads
