Btw theres this interesting special visa called Special Economic Zone where you buy a condo in Forest City, this $100 billion complex outside of Singapore that was built by China. It’s considered a ghost town but it’s got a small amount of residents and stores open. It’s also not even completed.

The catch is it’s a cheaper way to get to Malaysia, like a $65,000 fixed deposit and buy a condo for like $75,000. You’ll get the gym, pool, private beaches, stores around the corner and while some people might not like the emptiness, I think it could be relaxing.

Malaysia is also a pretty central country to the Eastern World so it could be a hub for travels over there.

I still think I’d rather live in Kuala Lumpur. Something about the Forest City seems like a gamble. One video said it’s predicted that it’ll mostly fill up in about 20 years and will have more buildings and s***.
