    How long on average y'all be staying at your job? In the last 5 years I've been at 5 jobs averaging like 1 year at each place.

    I'm about to leave again, lol. All for good reason though. My field has people moving around constantly and a high turnover rate.

    Im not experienced with 3d animation rigging etc but ive been using td since 2019 and it wouldnt be my first choice for that, other programs would surely have a better workflow for it
