Allot of countries have an aging population. Ofc we all know Japan is the biggest example of this. The U.S. is slowly going in that direction and China is right around the corner from it.

But wouldnt the answer be you just open your doors for younger demographics to come work from other countries?

Usually racists get mad when people from other countries come and take jobs but in the aging population case, there’s not enough people to work the jobs
