Great idea idk why this hasnt been done before
as an hourly worker since i got my first job, i've had to miss out on money almost every single time ive voted. my conspiracy rotted brain makes me think it's on purpose but yeah it makes way too much sense, idk what the hold up is

i failed both my repairs today. Had to take the motor off this pool pump and put a new one on. Everything was going okay until I couldn’t separate the seal plate from the motor. The bolts are like glued stuck. None of my tools were working, and the motor is already awkward trying to turn the wrench when the whole thing wants to roll over. Then I tell the customer that I’m going to try to take it home and see what I can do, then he’s all like “be careful! Don’t damage the bolts or it’s gonna be on you!” And I’m all like 
yeah no dip moron.Then this other guys heater wants to randomly not work. Heaters aren’t even something I work on. But I tried cleaning his quad filter to see if that’ll help. It didn’t. And I hate quad filters. You have to use a wrench to get this bolt off, then this metal band around the filter comes off. Take out 4 filters and clean them, put them back, lube the o-ring, then put the lid back on, metal seal and bolt it back together. Well guess what? Everytime I try to take this fu king thing apart it wants to drip water from underneath the lid like it’s not sealing properly. So I have to take it off and put it back on again over and over until it stops leaking. Wellll I could t get it to stop but I said f*** it and just lefr
