They last way longer than u want them to
At some point the thought that you might be dying crosses your mind
They destroy your ego and force you to confront the reality of your life situation
They're often unpleasant but you always come out a better man
You gain profound insight into your own body and mind
Often come out of it with the ability to kick old bad habits

At least for me that's how hangovers are. Kinda like hitting the refresh button. And less likely to cause permanent psychosis

Yea I feel for you this is a tough time to be going through such a transition

College is a great time to explore what's out there, it's easy to kinda just go to class do ur work and dip out but making those connections with professors and classmates is vital.

But don't rush it either cus like I said it's a time to explore and there are options outside of school like trade school.

watching my old friend group that i got from college and work hang out together without me is eating me up. they were cool and i actually really fw a lot of them. ig that's the worst thing about moving to a new state. niggas already have their tight knit circles and you're lucky if you get in.
ima stick just with the one i have now. having a big friend circle was never my thing anyways
