lucky starThey probably have employees wear H&M clothes. That being said, I’d opt for a button up and tie as opposed to something more laid back if you have the access to it.

I don’t work at H&M but somewhere similar (like zara, uniqlo, nordstrom etc)
For my interview i wore loose black jeans, a white tee and my winter jacket.
You don’t gotta pull out the stops, just match. Have clean and proportion clothes etc.

I worked at h&m for about a year and I was able to wear anything pretty much. I forgot but for my interview I think I just went in with my normal day clothes no buttoned shirt or anything. I think I did a multi color flannel and some artists merch shirt. it’s a clothing store so they like if you just dress how you want to.
