Both Drake projects, I was excited for Drake's comeback and didn't even like them.
Donda 2 and Kendrick's also, but I didn't expect much from Kendrick anyway.
Prob RXK Nephew’s output this year. It isnt bad imo, but nothing really stood out from him album-wise and nothing surpassed his releases last year such as Slitherman Activated and MDDCA
But Pap free now so maybe he was just on autopilot till Pap got out
Kendrick honestly. Very good album but really didn’t leave me wanting to listen to it more than once. I really haven’t gone back to it since May as much as I really wanted to. Major points off for me as being able to go back and relisten to an album is super important
Agree with Calvin but I really wasn’t expecting much from the album based on the singles
It’s Almost Dry easily
I wasn’t expecting to love Entergalactic or anything, but it was such a massive step down from MOTMIII imo. Haven’t felt the need to listen to anything on it twice.
Didn’t get a lot of noise on here, but Mura Masa’s record kind of let me down. Blessing Me is still a banger at least.
i never liked you
Veeze because he aint drop s***
on god lmaooo

ok you spoke so i didn't have to
Hot take: my expectations for Drake after CLB were zero and he delivered twice, including a really pleasant surprise favorite in H,N
Kendrick and Push made good albums being pushed as AOTY because their names are “supposed” to be in rap AOTY convos
MMBS is easily in my top 5 albums of the year I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again
The new Dead Cross record and Elephant Man’s Bones.
Roc snapped. You trippin.
