eye contactWhat tf are you doing for the building I live in (or operate my business in) other than doing the paperwork for it? I’d include upkeep in this case but most landlords don’t even do THAT even if required by law?
People who live in the building can easily come together and care for the building as a whole instead of shelling out so much money to some old white b**** who lives two hours away that they can barely live themselves .
Like landlords don’t even build the buildings that’s a whole other economic firm

They’re an unnecessary middle man who takes money from me to access what the developer made for me
okay so scratch the middle man out, you’re still paying a third party to live under an agreed upon price, you can’t afford a down payment, can’t afford to buy a property outright so what’s the solution? universe hold your hand?
