ngl most rap shows ive been to have been trash performance wise but still fun as long as I’m a fan of the rapper performing.

it’s been a couple rap shows where I dipped before the main act got on cause the openers were so wack

unless the openers are touring with the rappers, they're gonna be local acts who are really bad. not rly something the main act is in control of

to have fun and experience the music live in a crowd of people who share the love of the music

  • dr3am_weaver_479

Ppl just wanna be somewhere loud & f***ed up w some girls

I get what ur saying most rappers aren’t good performers but majority of people don’t go to shows for that

last time i was at the carti concert i was at the front of the moshpit desperately out trying to catch his dandruff flakes and sweat on my impatient wagging tongue like a dog that had been walking thru the sahara desert for 40 days and 40 nights

whenever im at rap shows, i always roll up a big cone of brick weed and dip it into embalming fluid. then i spark up and pass that pixie stick around the front row. the look on peoples faces after they take a puff is always priceless

    This is evil

Idk, I remember Travis doing that when he came to Miami and I saw him but that was still the most fun I’d ever had

  • to feel unity with other fans

to listen to your favourite artists as loud as possible while they are flexing on the stage

They’re just fun. The only two rappers I’ve seen live are Kanye and Travis. Both were f***ing amazing. Kanye’ live concert singing is a lot fun. His live rapping is something you have to experience. Travis is insane live in concert. His actual vocals aren’t that great, he knows how to put on a highly energetic show.

Can confirm as someone who works at a venue lol. Rappers generally have like maybe one person on tour w them and the rest are local fill ins that they use to try and get them to sell tix to their friends and family...it’s baiscaly a hustle. The trash local dude gets the benefit of actually having a decent stage to play on, while not really making anything money wise aside from a few free drinks. Blame the tour manager tho not the rapper.

All those dude are losers bro. They are delusional enough to think the rapper really reached out to them to perform when no one in they own city has heard them lmao. It’s just the tour manager and his goons putting s*** out there trying to pimp out these no name local rappers. Lowkey feel bad for them but they take themselves way too seriously for me to feel that bad lol

Build clout locally and you can do it, it just takes patience

Lots of ppl try to get their music out to some fake ass connnect they think they have when really it’s all about just building a solid base of local support first and foremost. Then that way when you do have a opportunity to open for someone who’s halfway big, there’s people there coming to support YOU outside of just your moms and your gf
