It's the Middle Eastern father/son correct? Yea all of those images especially during those times haunted me for a long time.

clips of it used to be posted online back in the day as shock footage or gifs would be used alongside old creepypastas if you're familiar with those. just something that's stuck with me

I didn't see anything but I just heard a lot of coyotes very close by when I was camping, so unnerving.

Was living abroad during my uni studies, and sub letted a room in a flat rented by three students for a couple of months.

The owner of the flat actually lived a couple of floors above us and was super weird - used to come in to the flat at random times (including middle of the night) so they had to change the locks. The apartment was on the ground floor and they had even seen him standing on the other side of the road looking in (I got the impression he had some sort of crush/obsession with one of the guys in the flat).

So on the day before I was moving out and leaving the country, it turned out that all of the students were finishing their 3 year lease too, so it was going to be empty for the last evening.

I went out with some work friends to say goodbye, and got back to the flat at about 9pm. Quickly went upstairs to let the owner know I was going to be leaving at 4am to catch a flight and ask where I should leave the key.

His wife answered the door, and also had a super creepy vibe. I only got a glimpse into their hallway but I swear it looked really like industrial, almost like the walls had been taken out and the pipes were all visible.

So she kinda had a go at me for knocking so late (only 9pm) and said that her husband was sleeping and had to be up at 3am - for info this was Saturday night and in Germany pretty much everything except restaurants and bars is shut on a Sunday so wtf he was doing at that time I don’t know.

We agreed I’d put the key in an envelope outside the door so I said good night and good bye. Then as I’m walking back down the stairs to my flat
I hear a creaking above me, and she had like walked down a few stairs too and was just leaning over the bannister watching me and staring at me as I went down - she didn’t even flinch when I looked back up and was honestly one of the most unsettling things I’ve experienced.

I got back to the flat and hadn’t realised that the students had brought all the furniture and appliances with them. So as they had finished moving out while I had been out, this huge 3 bed place was literally completely empty except for my suitcase n that in the corner of my room

Never been so creeped out at that moment just thinking that the owner now had all the keys except mine, was getting up at 3am and I was gonna have to sleep on the floor of this empty flat.

Grabbed My s*** and almost sprinted to my friends place for the night

my cousin told me this story about when he was living in New Zealand, he didn't have much money so he was renting a small s***ty suite in this old lady's house. during the day he worked construction in Christchurch after the earthquake had destroyed the town. there was tons of jobs. When he would get back, he would kinda have to share the kitchen and common areas with this old lady. it was hella awkward he said.

well one time, he gets back from work and he's hella hungry. my mans didn't have food or groceries, so he goes into the garage where she's got this big chest freezer. He figures she won't notice if he takes some s*** outta there, so he opens it and starts going through it. bread, frozen berries, whatever, then he pulls out this big ass crumbled zip loc with frost all over it and the word "mark" scribbled in sharpie. he brushes off the ice and its a f***ing human arm severed from the shoulder in this f***ing bag. he freaks the f*** out, burries the bag back under a bunch of s***, closes the freezer, and runs into his room.

this lady is in the living room watching s*** on tv, and my cousin has no where to go, so he just locks his door, barricades a bunch of s*** against it, then grabs a pocket knife and gaurds the door all night. once it's like 5am or so, he packs his s*** and sneaks, catches a bus, and never talks to this lady again.

i swear on my life it's a true story, and it's the creepiest craziest s*** i've ever heard tbh.
