I only know some of what he's getting at with the bars.
"MJ, remember the time they counted in sand hourglass":
Partly a reference to how the MJ song is referencing occult ideas about time/Ancient Egypt
"And the DIY Gucci with the crest and shields":
The Rothschild name literally means "Red Shield" and they have a family crest, as do the 11 or so other families mentioned amongst them"It's too far gone when the realest ain't real

I only partially understand some of the references but it's about the ability to speak "telepathically" or without words. Spoken language was arguably a virus and a massive downgrade from what we were previously capable of (and sometimes still are). Also a possible reference to our current iteration of human society and how we're not as advanced/intelligent as the previous ones.
