I’ve been rotating cereal / toaster waffles / toast / eggs for like 4 years and it’s definitely had a terrible effect on my stomach acid balance on a daily basis

What are some breakfast items y’all eat every day that are a little more health oriented

This my routine err day:
One glass of warm lemon water with black pepper
Then half a liter of water
Then raw spinach two handfuls
Then 12 egg whites no seasons
U can mix a lot of stuff with eggs
Peppers spinach tomatoes etc
I need protein so I eat eggs usually
i meal prep put the following in glass storage containers:
nuts, seeds, dark chocolate, protein powder, olive oil
store like 6-7 containers of the mixture in the fridge every week
in the morning i add greek yogurt, frozen berries and occasionally an avocado and thats breakfast + 2 boiled eggs
overall it like 1300-1400 calories 56g protein 33g carbs 116g fat
healthy fats mind you so itll keep you full for most of the day

My breakfast is at like 1:30 cuz I work a closing shift
During the week usually a granola bar with a banana and water. Weekends I’ll have either potatoes with eggs and some kind of meat or I’ll make some chorizo. Brown sugar oatmeal with toast sometimes too. I don’t really have cereal like that for breakfast that’s usually an after dinner thing for me if I’m craving some.
5 mg diazepam, 2 gauloises cigarettes and about 300 ml of coffee (250 ml from bialetti pot and 50 ml water)
a bowl of unsweetened soy milk and protein powder + tofu scrambles with some fruit on the side.
