When you have anxiety, or are depressed, is there a particular film you turn on to relieve those symptoms & make you feel at ease?

This film changed my life and i will forever be grateful for that. Will def always put this on when i feel like i need direction in my life, or when i start to doubt my own reality

Also i feel like parts of Melancholia by Lars Von Trier were very comforting, but overall it's still a very depressing film so that wouldn't be my initial pick

Have you ever seen his other work? It might not be for you but i thin Dance Of Reality works even better if you're already familiar with either his other films or him as a person

I've always heard great stories about this film but it always fails to make me even crack a smirk besides the McLovin parts

But i don't have the nostalgia for it either, feel like that's a huge factor to why so many people still love it to this day... because honestly to me the humor is pretty juvenile and not in a enjoyable way

But i don't mean to drag your fav oat
