i mostly fw rum, gin, and tequila

one of my favorite drinks lately has been the caipirinha. and I did pick up a bottle cachaça for that and man that drink is f***ing delicious. and I love the preparation method so I've been using it for other drinks as well.

if you don't know, it's the national cocktail of Brazil and it's lime muddled (in the rocks glass) with sugar and then topped with cachaça (or white rum) and ice. i f***in love that i don't have to use a shaker lmao

but I have been doing variations with a shaker and double straining out all the pulp from the muddling, and I also have added black currents and goji berries from my garden and it turns it this wonderful red/orange color

the mint in my garden also going mad so I had a few Southsides and those are real good, last night I used raw sugar instead of simple syrup and it turned it a slightly muddier color, I wanna call it the ghetto southside or something like that lol, it was delicious anyhow

daiquiri's also slap, and i aint talkin none of that crazy s***. just rum, lime, simple syrup. a classic

I also usually keep a couple 187ml bottles of prosecco in the fridge just in case I want a French 75 or a mimosa with my brunch ahaha

and since u kno i always got the OJ on deck for the mimosas...last week I tried a Bolo and man I'm learning I'm a sucker for rum

and last but not least I recently tried a Tuxedo. a little tricky to get 1ml and 2ml measurements accurately so I think I was strong on the absinthe but still, it was really layered and went through a few stages as I sipped on it
