The Dipset track that was allegedly recorded over the Izzo beat. According to Cam, Ye had gave the beat to Dipset but Jay ended up taking it when he heard the track with them on it.

This ended up with Ye giving Cam the Down & Out beat for free cause he felt bad for selling it to Jay after he had already gave it to Dipset
