Looking back, it's quite shocking how this was my 2nd favorite era in music. Like music really did SUCK during this time.

Really cuz I’m having a hard time choosing from like 30 albums rn that I hold dear to my heart

feels real wrong not putting plastic beach on there, but i haven't been listening to it lately

chill lol you act like there were no good albums. Maybe if you're only into mainstream rap, it was wack, but there's some great indie, metal, and more experimental stuff the farther down the rabbit hole you go

that alcest record in my HM is a sick blackgaze album for anyone who enjoys black metal or shoegaze

I mean sure if u listen to metal rock you probably found something. I didnt find anything dope so yeah this era sucked for me.

rap and rnb were struggling in this era for sure when it came to albums especially in 09 and 10

besides some deerhunter albums and maybe get lonely, that'd be it for me

lot of people really like deathconsciousness but it gets weak in the middle for me

ngl i hate deathconsciousness lol

His side project Giles Corey album is great

only go back to the last few tracks honestly
