here’s what i put
half a cup of quick oats
half a cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
walnuts
flax seed
blueberries
cocoa powder
nutmeg, cinnamon, cardamom
mix that s*** in a mason jar and leave it in the fridge overnight(only needs like half an hour to be ready). my diet is low sugar but add some maple syrup or honey for taste
