What would separate it from just being "Castle's political takes thread" which u could just make a thread on certain topics or post in the threads already made

Unless u had like a book or something, people do AMA's when they're an expert on a topic,

Idk just seems random when normally it would be if you had a topic in mind you could go ahead and make the thread

What reason would somehow have to ask you questions in the politics section? Just seems self-serving if your number one priority is you want somebody to listen to your opinions rather than to bring attention to certain issues themselves, unless u had expertise/experience with certain things.

The priority should be first on the political topics and then everyone's combined discussion imo, not just "whats your take on XYZ political thing"

Just participate in the threads unless u got a specific topic u wanna discuss, then make a thread and link with like some article or something

Yeah I think that sxn is a bit different in the type of threads like... in misc or other sxns u can have your own more personal threads (like this is mine in misc for example) but politrix sxn kinda just like news or specific enough topics but u can still make relatively general threads it would just need some sort of direction

main threads that i see poppin are socialism thread, Russia-Ukraine War thread, and maybe cringe political content thread, and then there are plenty of other topics if u scroll thru that might be interesting
