Worst part is if it wasn't for mild scoliosis I could've been 6'3

I never really had a growth spurt I was always the tallest person in my class from when I was a kid until now without a big jump or anything

When I was 12-13, went from 5'0 to 6'0

The posture correcting s*** wasn't enough to get me to my full potential. But it did align my spine enough so I won't be in complete shambles by the time I'm 50...but what good is an erect and aligned spine without being as tall as I could've been!? I was robbed of my inches!

throughout middle school

youll keep growing the next few years but probably no more than a few inches, start taking calcium and make sure your posture is good

I dont even remember exactly I remember being around the same height as my dad when I was 14-ish (5'7'') then by like junior year of HS I was 6'1''

I've been wanting to do spinal fusion surgery so bad, but that s*** is so expensive
not to mention the recovery period

F***ing once in middle school then again in high school.

The growing pains were such a b**** to deal with my limbs

i feel like from 12-19 i just got a lil taller every year

thank god it got me to the 6 ft gang before it stopped

Idk what my parents fed me but mfs thought I was go be short but then by 8th grade I was 6 foot man looking back I wasted my height. I was f***ing with basketball in high school but I was trying to be “cool“ l and hang out n s*** and wasted my potential. I can still get in shape and try for the g league since I’m young enough still but honestly what are the odds of me succeeding.

It was mandatory when I grew up, but when I left the army I decided not to raise my voice ever

i was supposed to be 5’6” as an adult but i lucked out with good health and fitness and went from 5’2” to 5’ 11
