Maybe it's just me, but I feel like Kanye's heart isn't really in rap anymore. How much longer do you think he'll continue to make music?

That's what I fear, I really wish we got to hear more music akin to the style of Ye and Yandhi. I feel like he rushed through that period into secular music, then just lost momentum

Making albums and the whole process behind the production and concepts and promotion and dealing with record deals with the label and stuff like that drains a lot of time and energy that sucks tbh

Absolutely, and I don't mean to sound like I'm disrespecting him. He's put out so much great music and given years of his life to his work. It's just sad that it seems like his releases are nearing their end

Being a producer/rapper gives him an advantage over most artists really. He has a good ear for music and that'll never go. Even the people that hate on JIK can appreciate the production on it
