The hype for last night was fabricated by unaffiliated twitter users and people bought into it. This is totally different than in 2018 when the “career ending” diss was mentioned by people who actually were in Drake’s camp.

He fell of with views, which was 9 years ago at this point. The last song he made that I enjoyed was from like 2018

Whatever he does its the wrong move for somebody.

Of course it is then they cherry pick all the schitzo fans and group them together with the rest of the fans like we agree with that kind of nonsense lol

Lmao it’s a crazy feeling visiting this site for so many years and seeing the same thread regurgitated. New waves of users DESPERATE for someone else to have the crown.

Buckle up crybabies, Drake will most listened to artist til even 2035

Kanye was/is his idol. He’s even copied the “throw a bunch of snippets out there and see what sticks” formula 2020s Ye loves to use

Drake fell off around Views and it’s never been the same since. He’s released like 8 projects since Scorpion and not a single one of them has had a timeless hit record. Not. One.

His stans and the dire state of hip hop is keeping him relevant. Same with Ye, Trav, Thug etc.. these guys should be legacy acts by now in any other era lol

Well label pushed Views and Scorpion out the wazoo.

If he was still signed to UMG and not just in a licensing agreement he would got the push of death for one of them albums and everybody would praise him.

That is why the hit record argument is so funny. The machine makes a hit record.

Back in the day he would release loosies that would become hits. Every feature would be huge too. He just doesn’t have it anymore. You could wipe out everything he’s done post Scorpion and his legacy would be unaffected. Nothing he’s done in the last 5-7 years has positively affected his legacy. It’s all been downhill.

    He aint as hot anymore.

    From a hit perspective sure.

From a quality perspective its crazy to say he dipped because songs like Pipe Down, Hours in Silence, Flights Booked, F***ing Fans, Drew a Picasso, Jimmy Cooks are crazy. Or songs like Away from Home or Champagne Poetry.
