I've got a great idea for you...since you're struggling to get your work done why you don't you stay up late and add depression to that as well. Surely that will help.
Started smoking again and that s*** is better than nyquil at putting you to sleep. Woke up at 7 with no alarm refreshed. Def gonna f*** it up again but whatever

Look here I dont know why you are so offensive about it but I never said my sleep schedule is messed up. All I was saying is that I understand the struggle when you got so much s*** to do that you feel like sleeping is a waste of time. I sympathize with that. For some people it just aint that easy.

I go to bed at like 4/5am and wake up at 12pm most of the time
Need to get back on track, haven't gone to bed before midnight consistently for like 6 years
