Funny enough, I’m doing exactly what I wanted when I was a kid lol

I remember watching band of brothers and I wanted to be an army officer cause of that show. I was obsessed with that s*** I had dropped the idea, fast forward to high school I was partying and d***ged out my weight ballooned up and I was wanting to be an engineer or some s*** wasn’t even thinking about the army. Lost a bunch of weight senior year of high school, got my s*** together some,

fast forward to freshman orientation week when schools set up all those booths for freshman and s***, I remember seeing the rotc booth went over there and the rest is history

Now I’m on the path doing exactly that, ain’t life funny? And people say dreams can’t come true

Eh like everything it depends on what you want to get out of it.there’s s***ty days and then there’s amazing days

I personally enjoy trying to help people better themselves and have a positive impact on them.

One of the best things to happen to me, was when I first joined rotc I couldn’t run for s***. Like slow ass compared to everyone else and I felt out of place as hell. There was a senior there who started to run with me, talk to me, and started working out with me and I got my diet and s*** right and he got me in shape, got my mind right and helped me build confidence in my self

Now I have the highest pt score in my battalion, earlier this semester there was a freshman and he was struggling with the runs and kept falling out and you know what I did? I turned around and now I work out with him damn near everyday

S*** like that is what makes it enjoyable for me
