Care Package has some of my favourite Drake songs (5AM In Toronto, Club Paradise, Dreams Money Can Buy, Days In The East, Paris Morton Music, Heat of the Moment) but it lacks the cohesiveness of his better albums (which makes sense being what it is).

I think I have it 6th as far as his commercial releases -

it’s pretty much the perfect drake album in terms of balance with rap/singing too
