As far as longevity, relevance, and ability to adapt to every era he's been apart of? Probably #1. Remember, Alchemist has been doing his thing since the early 90s when he was rolling with Cypress Hill as a rugrat.

He's a top 5 beatmaker OAT, and he could reasonably be considered #1 without causing offense. He has classics in every era. Classics with mainstream artists, classics with underground artists, classics with newcomers, and classics with legends. I think someone like Just Blaze has higher peaks musically, but nobody covers as much of the map as Al.

How I’m feeling
He was pretty good earlier on but I’ve only really paid more attention past his work with prodigy, right now he’s probably top 2 or 3 but of all time 5-10
